TruffleFactory Pineapple Tarts

In line with the coming Chinese New Year, we are launching the TruffleFactory version of the ever popular snack - Pineapple tarts. Each tart is hand made and bite sized to enable easily popping the whole tart in the mouth. Enjoy the soft and fragrant pastry which simply melts in the mouth but doesn't crumble in the hand. The pineapple filling is soft and chewy and not overly sweet. Makes you feel like eating more after you have had one.

Original Macadamia and Double Choco

The latest flavors to be added to our increasing line of truffles.

Original Macadamia is a combination of our flagship Original Truffle added with freshly roasted Macadamia nuts. The combination can only be described as perfect as the slight crunchiness of the Macadamia nuts combine so well with the chewy dark chocolate taste of the Original Truffle.

Double Choco is our latest addition for those who have a sweet tooth. The first bite lets one taste the sweetness of the chocolate rice but also the strong taste of the dark chocolate. A good combination for those who prefer a slightly sweeter taste.

Baileys truffle

Bailey's Truffle is the 1st product of our premium alcoholic product line. We added Original Baileys Irish Cream and the end result is a truffle that is smoother, and slightly softer chewing texture. The Baileys blends well with the chocolate taste and it is advisable not to eat too many if you cant hold your drink.

As a promotion, we will be launching it at the price of $1.60 each.

Mint Truffle

I'm pleased to present the 2nd product in our range a little ahead of schedule. Lightly flavored by using only fresh mint leaves, it adds a mildly refreshing minty taste to the truffle. The minty taste is mild and leaves a very slight aftertaste whilst still preserving the rich taste of the chocolate.

As a promotional offer, the mint truffle (minty) will also be offered at $1 each.

Launch of new "original" truffles

Today marks the launch of truffle factory's original truffle. Each chocolate truffle is carefully hand made with bitter sweet dark chocolate lightly coated with a layer of cocoa powder. The truffle is best served lightly chilled and goes well with wine or black coffee.

As a promotion, we will be launching the original truffle at the price of $1 per piece.
